Unknown is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager in Faro to develop sales strategies and drive hotel revenue and occupancy. You will build relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and event planners while negotiating profitable contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years in hotel sales, with fluent English and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales or a similar role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and event planners.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business for the hotel.
• Coordinate with reservations, front desk, and events to ensure guest experience.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and familiarization trips.
• Train and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
