Job summary

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecom or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in complex, multi-system integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integration of services across CPE devices, back-end systems, and Vodafone platforms.
• Define integration readiness criteria and ensure maturity before QA.
• Bridge Product Owners, Engineering, QA, PMs and Partners for coherent delivery.
• Lead technical engagement with external vendors and validate their solutions.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks and dependencies early in the lifecycle.
• Ensure cross-service compatibility across multiple agents on the same CPE.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance during delivery and troubleshooting.
• Translate service requirements into clear integration specifications for platform and CPEs.
• Meet deployment objectives with reduced defects and rework.
• Drive time-to-market improvements across QA and release cycles.
