Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate or Assistant Vice President for the Hedge Fund Finance team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves hands-on fund accounting, financial reporting to investors, and managing relations with fund managers and administrators.

You will drive processes, support new fund structuring, and ensure compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements. A focus on automation and efficiency is encouraged, with daily management of cash, NAVs, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or another business-related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting experience are preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with underlying fund managers, fund administrators, and distributors.
• Design and implement processes for servicing funds and reporting to investors.
• Oversee fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, and custodians.
