Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join the EMEA Fund Finance team. The role manages fund accounting and financial reporting for hedge and private equity directs, fund of funds, and feeder funds, in coordination with third‑party administrators.

Responsibilities include monthly valuations, GP/limited partner reporting, and capital activity review. 4 days in the office per week with 1 remote day; strong Excel and accounting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 1-4 years of fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations experience.
• Experience with alternative investment funds including fund-of-funds and feeder funds preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and audit framework experience encouraged.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with third-party administrators to ensure timely valuations and accurate GL entries.
• Build and maintain relationships with fund managers and distributors.
• Execute fund investment operations including capital calls and distributions.
• Review expenses, accruals, and variances against budgets and propose adjustments.
• Oversee investor allocations and currency hedging related calculations and reporting.
