iCapital, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join the EMEA Fund Finance team. You will work hands-on with fund accounting and financial reporting for hedge, private equity directs, fund-of-funds and access funds, coordinating with third-party administrators.

In this role you’ll manage capital activity, investor statements, annual audits, tax deliverables, and support fund structuring. The position is based in Lisbon with hybrid work: four days in the office and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 1–4 years in fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations.
• Experience with alternative investment funds is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with third-party administrators for monthly valuations and GL entries.
• Maintain relationships with fund managers and distributors.
• Execute fund operations including capital calls and distributions.
• Review expenses and variances against annual budgets.
• Ensure profits, losses, and fees align with LPA/PPM.
• Support new fund structuring and feeder fund documentation.
• Monitor compliance with partnership agreements.
• Address ad hoc operational, accounting, and reporting requests.
