Nox Health Portugal is seeking an experienced Value Stream Owner to lead the development and delivery of capabilities within the Nox Cloud platform, aligning clinical workflows with SaaS services. You will own strategy and backlog, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions across cloud architecture.

Strong Agile/Scrum experience and English communication are essential.

Qualificações

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent in SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience with SaaS platforms and clinical workflows.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Healthcare or regulated environments experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

Drive continuous product delivery by translating strategy into a prioritized backlog and defining success metrics.
Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements with internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
Maintain product integrity and address technical debt for long-term stability.
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning/reviews to ensure delivery of high-value initiatives.
Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Support and Operations to define vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
Monitor performance and data quality to optimize processes.
Support feedback loops with internal and customer input.
