Axians Portugal is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end projects for clients in the healthcare sector, public or private, in Portugal. You will ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements include 7+ years as a PM, healthcare client experience (3+ years), PMP/PRINCE2, and a relevant bachelor's degree. A hybrid work regime and opportunities for internal mobility are offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with healthcare sector clients mandatory (3+ years).
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management / Information Systems / Healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
• Main contact with stakeholders, including healthcare clients.
• Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and delivery of objectives.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in project management.
