Axians is recruiting an IT Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects for a healthcare client in Portugal. You will manage scope, time, budget and quality while coordinating with healthcare stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years as PM, healthcare client experience, PMP/PRINCE2 certification, and a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in waterfall and agile methods and strong leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Healthcare sector client experience (public and/or private) – mandatory (3+ years).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
• Act as the main point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare clients.
• Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery of agreed objectives.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in project management.
