Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will interact with C-level stakeholders and external partners, use Jira, MS Project, and PowerPoint, and contribute to service continuity and SLA adherence. Hybrid work: 2 days in the office; fluent Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 8+ years as IT Project Manager
• Experience with Jira, MS Project and PowerPoint
• Experience managing services in production with SLAs
• Available for hybrid work (2 days in office)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; strong communication with C-Level and external partners
• Aligned with corporate culture and ethics
• Strong customer focus and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full project lifecycle with planning, execution and monitoring
• Monitor workstreams and phases focusing on delivery, risk, and dependency control
• Oversee services/product lines ensuring continuity, performance and SLA compliance
• Prepare and conduct project committees and executive reports on status and indicators
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders including suppliers
• Contribute to service model improvement by defining processes and best practices
