RoomPriceGenie AG is seeking a Head of UX to lead a small but growing design and research team. You will set the strategic direction for design and research, advocate for the team at leadership level, and raise maturity across the product organization by creating systems, guidelines, and shared insights.

Qualifications

• Senior design leadership experience, owning a function and leading teams of designers/researchers.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and guidelines.
• Strong communication to translate design value to leadership and engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and research team (2 designers + 1 researcher) and set strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to translate priorities into a clear roadmap for Design & Research.
• Develop the Design System and playbooks to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Guide AI integration in design workflow with guardrails and craft preservation.
• Coach, mentor, and create clear career progression paths for the team.
