Experis Portugal is recruiting a Head of Reporting in Lisbon to lead a newly established reporting function within an international insurance organization.

The role focuses on developing the reporting capability, driving quality, process improvement, and automation in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. You will manage a team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate client and regulatory reporting.

Qualificações

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, including experience leading a reporting, reporting operations or similar function.
• Strong background in Asset Management, ideally within Real Estate and/or Infrastructure.
• Experience across client, financial, regulatory, and ESG reporting.
• Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Workiva, Kurtosys, Seismic, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial and performance metrics including NAV, AUM, returns, benchmarks, and attribution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and coordinate the Reporting Services team, ensuring clear priorities and effective resource allocation.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client, regulatory, financial, and ESG reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end reporting processes, including data sourcing, validation, report production, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.
• Drive reporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Manage reporting-related incidents, risks, and escalations while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
• Promote consistency, accuracy, and quality across all reporting deliverables.
