Bolt is seeking a Regional People Partnering and Workplace Experience Manager to lead multi-country HR and workplace teams across the region. You will translate strategy into local action, ensure compliant operations, and drive a high-quality people experience while maintaining global standards.

This role reports to the Head of Regional People Partnering and Workplace Experience and requires strong cross-functional leadership to align country-level actions with regional priorities.

Qualificações

• Multi-country HR ownership with accountability across different legal frameworks and ER cases.
• Strong managerial capabilities across multi-country, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to balance high-level coordination with practical enablement of HR/workplace experts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-country, multi-disciplinary team across the region—setting priorities and developing careers.
• Own people programme delivery across the region, including performance, engagement, compensation, and ER.
• Act as primary HR lead at country level, ensuring compliance with local labour law and global guidelines.
• Direct workplace experience and office ops, vendor management, H&S, and budget control across the region.
• Deliver cultural and operational experiences, coordinate events and space planning with site leads and teams.
• Bridge strategy and execution, surface risks, monitor KPIs, and feed into workforce planning.
