You will lead the operational roadmap, manage procurement and vendor relationships, and coordinate with the executive team. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operations or industrial project management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational roadmap from pilot validation to commercial scale.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement operational processes and KPIs for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with CTO, CEO, and technical team to align operations.
• Manage and grow a cross-functional operations team.
• Support market entry execution in Spain, Portugal, and later Saudi Arabia.
