A dynamic startup in Porto is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to drive the scaling of pilots and commercial deployments. You will lead the operational roadmap, manage procurement and vendor relationships, and coordinate with the executive team. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in operations or industrial project management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational roadmap from pilot validation to commercial scale.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement operational processes and KPIs for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with CTO, CEO, and technical team to align operations.
• Manage and grow a cross-functional operations team.
• Support market entry execution in Spain, Portugal, and later Saudi Arabia.
