EnBW IT-Solutions in Lisbon seeks a Head of Common IT Services to lead the local IT organization, develop teams, and drive delivery in partnership with German IT divisions. You will manage staffing, budgets, and strategy execution while fostering a strong, inclusive culture across borders.

The role focuses on scaling the Lisbon IT Hub, aligning priorities with Germany, and delivering scalable IT services in a hybrid setup with international collaboration.

Qualificações

• University degree in CS/IT/Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Several years of IT leadership with people management.
• Experience building and leading multicultural, distributed teams.
• Broad IT domain understanding including delivery, workplace, infrastructure, cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Common IT Services organization in Lisbon, building high-performing teams.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention in collaboration with HR.
• Collaborate with German delivery organizations to ensure quality and security.
• Implement IT strategy locally aligned with German IT and business priorities.
• Interface with German stakeholders on workforce planning and service delivery.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for the local IT organization.
