EnBW IT-Solutions in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across software engineering, data, and IT profiles. You will attract talent through networking, sourcing, and market intel, ensuring a fast, high-quality hiring process with a superb candidate experience.

The role requires 3+ years in IT recruitment, strong English, and stakeholder management; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in IT Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or comparable recruiting environments.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and other digital recruiting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Structured, meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent English communication skills; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Experience working in international organizations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job advertisements, candidate screening and interview coordination through to offer acceptance.
• Proactively engage and attract technology talent through networking, talent mapping, and targeted sourcing activities when required.
• Screen applications received via the ATS as well as profiles from external and internal sourcing partners, leveraging recruiting data and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions and maintaining accurate ATS and reporting data.
• Conduct structured interviews, candidate assessments and evidence-based suitability evaluations while ensuring a consistent and objective evaluation process.
• Take full ownership of a fast, efficient, and high-quality hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, advising them on market conditions, recruitment strategies, interview approaches, and role‑specific assessment requirements and talent market insights.
• Adapt recruitment approaches to different technology domains and hiring needs, ranging from software engineering and architecture to data and other specialised IT profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Your tasks

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job advertisements, candidate screening and interview coordination through to offer acceptance.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or comparable recruiting environments, ideally within a corporate environment and with experience hiring at scale or managing high-volume recruitment.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and other digital recruiting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Structured, meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent English communication skills; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Experience working in international organizations is a plus.

About The Department

You will join our growing IT Hub in Lisbon, which is currently in a ramp‑up and scaling phase. The hub takes over IT services and capabilities from existing delivery organisations and external partners, while also building new services directly on site. The hub is being built and scaled with a strong focus on collaboration, sustainable growth and high‑performing teams. As IT Tech Recruiter, you will work in a highly collaborative, international setup, partnering closely with recruiters, Active Sourcers, Recruiting Strategy and business stakeholders across Portugal and Germany. You play a key role in shaping the organisational setup, supporting the ambitious growth of the Lisbon offices and ensuring a consistent, people‑centric approach throughout the hub’s development.
