Your profile You're an empathetic tech leader who combines technical excellence with a passion for people and innovation.

Background: Degree in Computer Science or similar qualification.

Experience: 10+ years in software development (focus Microsoft Azure and .NET) and 5+ years in leadership roles.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern software development practices and architectures (cloud platforms and services on Azure (PaaS, SaaS), CI/CD, DevOps, agile), plus proven experience with security principles and AI concepts.

Leadership: Skilled at guiding diverse, cross‑functionally working international teams with strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.

Agility: Comfortable with agile methodologies and committed to continuous improvement.

Strategic Vision: Able to balance technical excellence with team development and business goals.

Flexibility: Willing to travel to Germany several times a year.
