Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager for an iGaming company in Lisbon, Portugal. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, compliance, and marketing to deliver impactful features in a rapidly evolving entertainment landscape.

The role offers a hybrid arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) with a salary up to 72,000 EUR gross annually, plus benefits and opportunities to shape gaming

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and define product requirements.
• Develop user-centered product features transforming insights into tangible enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, compliance, and marketing to deliver strategic product initiatives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch with timely execution.
