Finom is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to design and operate a robust risk management framework across regulatory requirements. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks to senior management and governance bodies, guiding strategic decisions with a forward-looking risk lens.

Initially hands-on, the role will evolve into leading the enterprise risk and reporting function across Europe, supporting growth and licensing ambitions with excellent stakeholder

Qualificações

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, regulatory risk, or a related discipline within a regulated financial services or banking environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, including Risk Appetite, RCSA, scenario analysis, stress testing, and ICAAP.
• Experience working with regulatory expectations relevant to banks or payment institutions, including capital, liquidity, and operational risk requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and interactions with supervisors, auditors, and internal governance bodies.
• Professional risk or finance certifications such as CFA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk and financial data into clear, concise management and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also collaborating effectively across functions and building strong working relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving and judgment skills, with the confidence to make decisions, elevate issues, and operate in a fast‑growing, evolving regulatory environment.
