Aon is seeking a Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA to set the strategic direction of the consulting analytics proposition across the region. You will blend client engagement, growth, innovation and leadership to quantify and finance risk exposures while ensuring analytics capabilities stay best-in-class.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with senior leaders globally and opportunities to shape analytics across risk financing, climate, cyber and other emerging risks.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing analytics initiatives and translate solutions into value.
• Experience mentoring teams across multiple geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions and Client Leadership to bring analytics-led solutions.
• Drive development and deployment of next-gen analytics tools and capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership and risk insights to help clients make better decisions.
• Lead and mentor a multi-geography team of analytics professionals.
