Finom is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to build and scale our risk management framework across the EU. You will identify and report risks, support capital and liquidity planning, and ensure reporting aligns with regulators and leadership.

Initially hands-on, this role will grow into a leadership position shaping the enterprise risk function as the company scales and licenses evolve.

Qualificações

• Candidates must have 6–10+ years in enterprise risk management or regulated financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a finance, economics, risk, business, mathematics or related field.
• Professional risk or finance certifications (e.g., CFA) are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operate the company’s enterprise risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks in a forward‑looking way.
• Align risk reporting with regulatory expectations and governance bodies.
• Support capital and liquidity planning and risk appetite definitions.
• Translate risk information into clear, actionable reporting for senior management.
