You bring 10+ years in software with 5+ years leading teams, deep Java production experience, and a strong grasp of developer platforms, APIs and payment flows. This role anchors our European expansion.

Qualificações

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java production work as a practising engineer.
• Experience managing managers and leading engineering organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for Monnify platform.
• Lead multiple engineering teams through managers, set quality standards.
• Own developer experience, including APIs, docs, SDKs and integration.
• Drive multi-currency, international scalability and security.
• Ensure reliability, security and scalability in regulated environments.
• Partner with product, commercial and ops to align tech with business goals.
• Hire, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
