PaRK International School Alfragide in Portugal seeks a Head of Boarding to lead the residential community, ensure safeguarding, and oversee welfare for boarders. You'll work with the Head of School to foster a safe, inclusive environment aligned with our values of innovation and holistic student development.

The role requires proven residential leadership, safeguarding expertise, staff management, and campus residency to provide on-site cover and respond to emergencies.

Qualificações

• Academic background with a solid honours degree; capable to teach IB Diploma Programme or international curricula.
• Proven leadership in a residential boarding role with responsibilities across governance and welfare.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and awareness of international boarding standards and health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pastoral and administrative leadership within the boarding community.
• Design weekend activities and coordinate safety drills and compliance logs.
• Oversee staff recruitment, development, and on-campus housing operations.
