• Three years' experience in admissions, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven success in meeting recruitment or enrolment targets.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and organising premium events.

• Lead admissions and enrolment strategy to hit recruitment targets.
• Deliver a premium admissions journey and exceptional family experience.
• Build relationships with relocation companies, embassies, and international partners.
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform strategy and reporting.
