Thomas Franks is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of our Palmela locations. You will manage breakfast, lunch and hospitality, work with fresh seasonal ingredients and develop bespoke menus, while inspiring the team.

Candidates should have strong food preparation experience, excellent English communication, and a passion for quality. This is a 5 days in a 7 pattern with a travel allowance included; Right to Work in Portugal is required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Work in a team to provide breakfast, lunch and hospitality.
• Prepare meals from fresh ingredients, cook from scratch, follow brand standards.
• Ensure food standards and wastage are controlled.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
