Thomas Franks Ltd. in the Lisbon region is seeking a talented Relief Chef Manager to join the team. You will support our busy contract catering kitchens across Lisbon region and surrounding areas, working with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus you will help create.

You will have experience at Head Chef or Chef Manager level and hold City & Guild qualifications. This role requires strong leadership, excellent English skills, and a commitment to brand standards and food safety.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens at Head Chef or Chef Manager level.
• Excellent client relationship and leadership skills.
• Ability to create bespoke seasonal menus and manage costs.

Responsabilidades

• Cover Head Chef/Chef Manager holiday and sickness.
• Support with mobilisations and troubleshooting at locations needing extra help.
• Produce food from scratch using fresh ingredients while following brand standards.
• Create bespoke seasonal menus from regional suppliers and complete food costings.
• Complete company bookwork and ensure food hygiene and allergen controls are followed.
