We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Porto. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exquisite menus, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of talented chefs.

Responsibilities

• Designing creative and high-quality menus to meet the demands of our discerning clientele
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented according to standard recipes and plating guidelines
• Managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients
• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of chefs, including creating schedules and conducting performance evaluations
• Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment by following sanitation standards, HACCP guidelines, and local health regulations
• Collaborating with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience) along with potential for bonuses.
