GreenHarvest Industries in Almada, Portugal is seeking a skilled Head Baker to lead our bakery operations. You will manage a team, develop recipes, and ensure top quality while meeting deadlines. Accommodation and meals are provided for the successful candidate.

The role requires strong baking knowledge, leadership experience, and excellent English communication. Portuguese language skills are a plus, and the position is based on-site in Almada.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.
• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry techniques.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and presentation.
• Good English communication; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations and production schedules.
• Train and supervise a team of bakers.
