Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of all baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants.
• Monitor baking equipment for proper functioning and arrange repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Develop pricing strategies for baked goods to balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Track sales trends and adjust production to minimize waste.
