Smith & Adams is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid media, lead nurturing and content across the Group's brands. This execution-focused role offers ownership over campaigns and data-driven optimization.

You will launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, build nurture flows, coordinate creatives and report on performance to the Executive Board.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to run paid campaigns on Meta and Google with budgets.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong English copywriting; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Analytical, organised and self-directed.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across brands.
• Build and maintain lead nurturing flows via email, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Create content for ads, landing pages, emails, and social.
• Coordinate creatives and maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Analyze performance and report weekly with actionable insights.
