Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Host in Lisbon to join our vibrant team across the lobby, reception and public spaces of our aparthotels. You will welcome guests, coordinate with departments and help deliver the Wilde brand experience in a high-energy setting.

You should have 2+ years in hospitality, knowledge of Front Office operations, and enthusiasm to learn. We offer flexible schedules, development opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within hospitality or lifestyle hotel is required.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Some F&B/Barista experience preferred, with training available.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist across lobby, reception and bar areas.
• Craft cocktails and maintain a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Represent Wilde as the brand ambassador with energy and flair.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure health & safety and handle guest feedback professionally.

We would love you to have:
