EY Portugal is seeking a Consultant to help clients define and implement growth, digital transformation, and marketing strategies across industries. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to analyses, recommendations, and action plans that deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of consulting or related experience, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and can collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales, customer experience, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in digital transformation, AI-enabled business process innovation, marketing, and strategy topics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply a structured problem-solving approach to consulting engagements, understanding client challenges and designing analyses.
• Support digital transformation, commercial, marketing, and customer experience initiatives by contributing to recommendations and action plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a results-oriented working environment.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project deliverables with analytical rigor and clear messaging.
• Participate in project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Assist senior team members in understanding clients’ challenges and defining analytical approaches.
• Assist in workshops, interviews, meetings, and project presentations.
• Support primary and secondary research activities (interviews, surveys, benchmarks, workshops).
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and internal initiatives.
