EY-Parthenon in Lisbon seeks a Senior professional to lead corporate strategy projects for regional and international clients. You will guide engagement teams, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to business development while promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values.

The role requires 3-5 years in strategic consulting, strong project management, and fluency in Portuguese and English. You will work within a dynamic, diverse team at EY-Parthenon.

Qualificações

• Academic bachelor or master.
• 3-5 years of experience, including in strategic consulting.
• Project management skills: delivery structure and conclusions, leadership of teams, client relationship management.
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities.
• Full Portuguese and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings and proposals.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of strategy development and implementation.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support growth and team fit.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to boost brand presence.
