TripleTen Indonesia is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end growth funnel for our education programs. You will identify opportunities, launch acquisition channels, and optimize unit economics in a fully remote, global team.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth, testing funnels, offers, and landing pages while using AI tools to accelerate research and experimentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Full-Funnel Marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis-driven decision making.
• Experience briefing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes rather than execution alone.
• AI-native workflow: confidently use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, and experimentation.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey.
• Launch and validate new paid channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, webinars, and more).
• Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion.
• Analyze full-funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohorts, revenue) and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions.
• Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth.
