Kaya AI is hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale a data-driven demand generation engine. You will own acquisition strategies, execute paid campaigns across major B2B channels, and create scalable lead-gen programs that feed the sales pipeline.

This hands-on role requires strong analytics, experimentation, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to optimize lifecycle marketing and drive revenue growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth/Demand Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record in building and scaling B2B demand gen programs.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Kaya AI’s performance and growth marketing strategy across multiple acquisition channels.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other B2B channels.
• Build scalable lead generation programs that generate qualified sales pipeline.
• Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Own marketing metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
