Job summary

lemon.io is seeking a growth marketer to own supply acquisition for engineers on our platform. You will design channels and funnels to attract qualified candidates and feed the pipeline that matches them with career opportunities.

You will iterate, test, and scale across inbound, outbound, communities and influencers, building automation to scale without adding headcount, and relentlessly pursue MR growth metrics.

You'll own supply acquisition.

Our business grows as our supply grows. The more qualified candidates on the platform, the more roles we can fill. You will help us build channels and funnels to bring the best engineering talent to our platform and match them with life-changing career opportunities.

Responsibilities

You have one job: grow the number of qualified and relevant candidates entering the platform.

There is no second metric. Every day is spent moving that one number:

• Iterate and scale channels that already work.
• Find and build new ones.
• Build the funnels and automation to make them scale without adding people.

What we're looking for:

• A growth marketing background, with a proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth.
• Experience across a wide variety of acquisition channels: inbound, outbound, communities, influencers, etc.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated autonomy in driving growth initiatives.
• A "growth hacker" mindset, characterized by creativity, resourcefulness, and a relentless focus on improvement.
