Job summary

Represent Studio LLC is seeking a full-stack marketer to drive lead generation, content production, and brand building for its B2B SaaS-focused video production agency. You will own the full marketing stack, align outreach, content, and paid ads, and scale with contractors as channels grow.

Ideal candidates are smart, capable of solving tough problems, and able to operate with minimal supervision while driving inbound demand and outbound outreach.

We're a video production agency for tech companies, growing 20% month-over-month and we need a full-stack marketer to help us become a truly world-class brand and a scaled marketing engine. You'll own lead gen, content and branding.

Foremost, we are looking for really smart people who can solve difficult problems and "figure things out."

THE ROLE

This is an 80% lead generation, 20% brand building role. You'll be the marketing "one-man army" - owning the full stack and building the foundation we'll scale on.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Content - Create content that supports lead gen on socials and YouTube.
• Scale - Identify and manage contractors/agencies as we grow specific channels
• Brand building - The best leads are inbound. Our goal goal is to make people feel super thrilled to schedule a call with us and give us their money :)
• SEO / AEO - Be on the buyers' short lists from day 0.
• Outbound campaigns - Scale our cold email and LinkedIn outreach that generates qualified leads
• Impact copywriting - Write emails, landing pages, and ad copy that actually converts
• Paid ads - Set up and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
• Systems - Build and maintain our marketing stack, tools, and tracking

MUST-HAVES

• Strong copywriting skills - This is the most important. You need to write copy that converts.
• Cold outreach experience - You've run outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn) before.
• B2B / tech product experience - You've worked with SaaS or startups. You understand the tech founder mindset.
• Generalist by nature - You're comfortable doing ads, content, outreach, and everything in between.
• Self-starter - You take ownership and run with projects. You don't wait for permission.

NOT A FIT

• Pure specialists - You only want to do one thing. This role requires range.
• Need hand-holding - You require constant direction or detailed briefs for every task.
• Can't write - Weak copywriting is a dealbreaker. Writing is thinking. And doing it purely with AI won't give you a MOAT.
• Execution-only - You can only follow someone-elses playbooks and can't think strategically.
• Corporate mindset - You've only worked in structured environments with big budgets. You'll struggle here.
