What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Growth Hacker to accelerate our company's growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable experimenting with new ideas, and is obsessed with scaling customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work across marketing, product, and sales to identify opportunities, test innovative strategies, and optimize for measurable results.

What You\'ll Do

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue
Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels across paid, organic, referral, and partnership strategies
Analyze data and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
Conduct rapid A/B testing and experiments across digital campaigns, product features, and landing pages
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design growth-focused product features
Own key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates) and report results regularly
Stay on top of growth marketing trends, tools, and tactics, proactively integrating them into strategy
Build automation processes to streamline growth experiments and reporting

Requirements

What you\'ll bring

Proven experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or product-led growth role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Meta, or similar
Hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategies
Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with product analytics and user behavior tracking tools
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unconventional ideas that drive growth
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Bonus: Experience with SQL, no-code tools, or other coding skills to support experiments
