BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious sports betting and online casino group to find a Growth Hacker. You will open up new routes to player acquisition and own the results from the first idea through to scaled success.

Reporting to the Online Director, you’ll uncover untapped traffic sources, build unconventional partnerships and run fast experiments that bring in depositing players profitably. You’ll own every opportunity end to end: spot it, build it, launch it, measure it and scale it,

• Proven track record of launching a project or partnership with measurable results.
• End-to-end ownership from research to scaling and measurement.
• Comfort with metrics like CPA, LTV, retention.

• Diversify traffic sources while working within gambling‑specific advertising restrictions.
• Work with the acquisition, CRM and product teams to improve the journey from registration to first deposit and to track player quality.
• Document results and methods so successful initiatives can be rolled out across brands and markets.
• Deliver measurable impact through new paid traffic sources, attributable FTDs, efficient CPA, and strong retention and net contribution.

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious sports betting and online casino group to find a Growth Hacker. The group runs several brands across Africa, one of the world's most exciting betting regions. You'll open up new routes to player acquisition and own the results from the first idea through to scaled success.

Reporting to the Online Director, you'll find untapped traffic sources, build unconventional partnerships and run fast experiments that bring in depositing players profitably. You'll own every opportunity end to end: spot it, build it, launch it, measure it and scale it, adapting your approach to each market. It would suit an entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter who gets moving without waiting for a detailed brief.

Responsibilities:

• Research target markets, including mobile habits, communities, local competitors, payment journeys and accessible traffic sources
• Create acquisition opportunities beyond the usual channels, across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit and beyond
• Design and run tests on offers, ad creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, tracking and automation
• Diversify traffic sources while working within gambling‑specific advertising restrictions
• Work with the acquisition, CRM and product teams to improve the journey from registration to first deposit and to track player quality
• Document results and methods so successful initiatives can be rolled out across brands and markets

Requirements:

• A proven track record of launching a project, acquisition channel or partnership with concrete results (personal and entrepreneurial projects count)
• End‑to‑end ownership experience covering research, outreach, negotiation, technical and commercial implementation, analysis and optimisation
• Comfort with performance metrics such as conversion, CPA, player value and retention
• A hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to work autonomously across different markets
