Luxe Talent is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Sleep Brand in Lisbon to support a new store at Almada Fórum. The role focuses on leading the sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and assisting in shift planning and business analysis.

The ideal candidate has prior retail leadership experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to translate KPIs into concrete actions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is expected, with a competitive compensation package offered.
