Luxe Talent is seeking a Store Manager to lead two stores in the Baixa/Chiado area of Lisbon for its premium client. You will drive commercial performance and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail store management, preferably luxury.
• Proven experience leading retail teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with KPI understanding.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to drive performance.
• Drive sales and profitability and achieve commercial targets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse results and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and brand presentation.
• Organise team schedules and daily store operations.
• Manage stock, cash procedures and security standards.
• Guarantee high standards of store presentation and Visual Merchandising.
• Identify commercial opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
