Kats Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for a 100% on-site role. You will review user-generated content in Greek to ensure compliance with platform policies, working in a vibrant international hub.

The role requires native or near-native Greek, English B2, and legal eligibility to work in the EU. You will join a rotating shift schedule and receive relocation support and company accommodation.

Greek-Speaking Content Moderator - Social Media Industry (Lisbon)

Are you a Greek speaker with a keen eye for detail, strong digital literacy, and a commitment to keeping online spaces safe? We are seeking vigilant and analytical professionals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will work behind the scenes for leading online platforms, reviewing user-generated content to foster a positive, secure, and compliant digital environment.

The Role

• Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, and audio) in Greek to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Risk Identification: Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or policy-violating content promptly and take decisive enforcement action.
• Objective Analysis: Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to complex cases, distinguishing between harmless nuances and actual policy breaches.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and platform safety.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role in a modern, well-equipped office hub.
• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (may include evening, night, or weekend shifts to cover continuous platform monitoring).

Requirements
