CloserHire is recruiting Polish-speaking AI Content Moderators for a Lisbon-based project. You review AI-dubbed videos to ensure compliance with platform rules and regional standards, supporting millions of users globally.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Mon-Sun) with two days off, and relocation support is provided. Health insurance becomes available after 6 months, plus daily meal and transport allowances.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Polish is required.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, QA, or analytical roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to Polish language nuances and cultural context.
• Familiarity with online platforms or e-commerce is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy and community guideline compliance.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions per internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations and escalate high-risk cases when needed.
• Document moderation decisions and maintain case records with accuracy.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets on high-volume content.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
• Handle confidential content with professionalism and discretion.
