CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a dynamic, multicultural team focused on quality and compliance, working on products and services to meet standards.

You will review content, enforce platform policies, and make moderation decisions using local market knowledge. The role is full-time with rotating shifts (24/7) and relocation support for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Native-level Greek language skills with good English (B2+).
• Experience with or understanding of e-commerce platforms is helpful.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast-paced, shift-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure policy and legal compliance.
• Make moderation decisions with attention to quality and latency targets.
