Content Guru is seeking a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team in Porto, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in software testing, developing your technical skills while helping to ensure the quality and reliability of our software.

You'll work alongside experienced QA Engineers and closely with Applications and Product teams to plan and carry out effective testing, identify defects, and develop automated tests.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Keen interest in technology, software and Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong IT and computer literacy.
• A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technology would be advantageous.
• A Master's degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous.

What we are looking for…

We're seeking a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to support the testing of new and existing software across the business. Working alongside experienced QA Engineers and closely with our Applications and Product teams, you'll learn how to plan and carry out effective testing, identify and investigate defects, and develop automated tests.

You'll build your knowledge of QA tools, processes and methodologies, with the opportunity to progress into a Quality Assurance Engineer role as your experience develops.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create and maintain clear, well-structured test plans and test cases
