Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Planning Engineer to join our Project Controls team in Sines, Portugal.

You will help develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, while learning to monitor progress and analyse risks on large-scale data centre projects. You will work closely with senior planners and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Graduation between 2025-2026.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules.
• Collect and analyze project data to identify delays and risks.
• Assist in preparing look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
• Contribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
• Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
