Winthrop Technologies Ltd. seeks a Graduate Planning Engineer to join the Project Controls team in Sines, Portugal.

You will gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting on large-scale construction projects, working closely with senior planners and project managers to ensure on-time delivery within scope. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, graduation 2025–2026, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Graduation between 2025 -2026.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Support progress monitoring and reporting against baseline schedules
• Collect and analyze project data to identify delays and risks
• Assist in preparing look‑ahead programs and weekly/monthly reports
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates
• Contribute to resource and cost loading activities within schedules
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records
• Support the team in risk analysis and mitigation planning
