Paymentology in Lisboa invites a transformational leader for VP Client Success & Experience. You will unify global Client Success, Support, and Client Operations, shaping a data-driven, AI-enabled client experience model across fintech customers.

Reporting to the executive team, you will define strategy, drive adoption and retention, mentor leaders, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to scale client outcomes worldwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, CS or related.
• Extensive senior leadership in CS, Support, or Client Ops.
• Experience in fintech/payments or complex B2B tech.
• Proven track record scaling global teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled client experience strategies.
