Paymentology is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape how work happens across the business. You will design, implement, and continuously improve frameworks and insights that support performance, progression, engagement, and retention on a global scale.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate feedback into meaningful actions, leveraging AI-enabled solutions to create scalable people experiences.

Qualificações

• 8-12+ years in People/HR roles.
• Experience with performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
• Strong analytical thinking and turning data into actionable insight.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the systems that shape how our people perform, grow, and experience the business.
• Design and improve our employee experience and ways of working.
• Own our employee listening approach, including pulse surveys and engagement insights.
• Turn feedback and data into clear, practical recommendations and organisational action.
• Lead the design, implementation and evolution of our performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.
• Identify retention risks and address them with People Partners and leaders.
• Drive measurable improvements in employee experience and performance practices.
• Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable solutions to improve people processes and organisational insight.
