Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced Statutory and Tax Filling Senior Specialist to join the Global Business Services Center, with a São Paulo Porto option. The role focuses on statutory reporting, tax compliance, and process optimization across multiple jurisdictions in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in statutory accounting and tax compliance.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Big Four or multinational experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements per local GAAP.
• File statutory returns and regulatory reports timely.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Monitor changes in statutory requirements and adapt processes.
• Maintain statutory books and prepare group reporting variances.
• Prepare corporate income tax returns and tax provisions.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany pricing.
• Lead process improvements in tax and statutory workflows.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Interface with tax authorities and regulators.
