Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Portugal is seeking a Global Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Manager to lead the worldwide supplier quality organization, defining and executing a strategy that ensures materials and services meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with substantial experience in supplier quality engineering.
• Extensive supplier quality management experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership of cross-site/global supplier quality activities.
• Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global supplier quality strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead the global SQE organization, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee supplier qualification, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier scorecards, KPIs, and reporting for quality and delivery.
• Drive APQP/PPAP, Safe Launch, and supplier validation activities.
